Croma — OnePlus 10 R Phone Display stopped working

Hi,
I bought OnePlus 10 R phone on 10th July 2022, I started facing issue after 5 months, while getting call screen was not displaying, touch was not working. And in March display stopped working completely. I contacted Oneplus but they are not ready to rectify the issue and asking me for the payment of the amount equal to phone price. Then Again I contacted Croma team but they are also not ready to take responsibility. I don't understand if they are not ready to take responsibility for such issues why should I buy any product from them. Below is the Service Requests details.

Already visited. PUN310323WS00252 is the service Request assigned. please check with your team. I need immediate solution.
There was no action taken by Croma. This issue is still pending.
