I had purchased a Spilt AC online which deliverd 3rd day ie, 3rd May2022. Delivery was on time . Since then I was trying to contact Croma/Lloyed for installation, but in vein . Either their customer contact number never reachable or if you lodge service request through portal get cancelled automatically . Today being 4th day I have no clue when this AC would get installed !! No bothereation from Croma isnpite 3 or 4 email request to them and 2 calls to their customer support ! except statdrad replay that your complint will get resolved within 42 hrs
Really frustrated ! Pathetic Services . I am not sure Croma or Llyod but for me both are not at all satifactory Was this information helpful? |
