[Resolved] Croma — Order placed and money deducted but the order is not confirmed | |
I ordered a Sony WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones with the Croma gift cards on 27/10/2018 at 11AM, the order was successful with the 3-hour delivery. They said they will send me a confirmation email shortly, but the email never arrived. Then I called the customer service, and with my consistent effort, I was able to talk to them after one hour of trying. Then the representative said I can't see any order, even after I provided the order number. In the end, he raised a ticket and said they will call me within three business days. I mean, seriously, you guys are advertising three-hour delivery and now saying they will be able to help me in three days and who knows when I will get my product. I would like this resolved quick, otherwise please send me my money back. After watching all the complaints here I am confident this website is a complete scam, none of the orders are ever confirmed.
