[Resolved] Croma — overpricing while clearing cart and no resolution post complaint | |
Team, my concern doesn't need anyone to present at my home address. While paying for the laptop rs.1000 added extra. I didn't processed since price got auto increased later 500 coupun provided by croma to clear the cart. This is kind of cheating. While placing order it was showing 13% off and the effective price is 42990 (Snapshot attached, prior to ordering this laptop i had sent the snap to my family for confirmation) however while paying i paid 43490 saying 500 discount provided to clear the card. I had no option but to place the order thinking i would discuss this. Mr. Amarjit from akshar plaza is aware about my concern and the person who called for delivery confirmation is aware of it. Pls give justice an refund my extra paid money back to account (If cart discount added for clearance then the amount is[protected]= 42490) however i paid 43490 (, rs.1000 extra).
