I have bought a so TV, Refridgerator, washing machine along with mixer grinder recently from croma. I faced some minor issues with the grinder so I took it to the shop on 31st March, I got a response that I will receive a call from their technician within 72 hrs i.e 2nd April, and by 3rd April I will receive the product bach based on the resolution either a new product or the repaired one. I didn't receive any call from anyone till 3rd April, So I decided to call customer care executive, I got a response that they have escalated the issue and will contact me by 24 hrs, No one called again, I have to call similar response for 3 days. Then yesterday I tweeted there also the same reply, I mailed no response yet. Submitted a complaint on the official website no response yet. Was this information helpful? |
