Croma — Phone under repair not received yet | |||
Dear Team, I had software issue with phone as my phone was not getting on. I submitted my phone CRCB2243 at 11/08/2014 still I have not received the phone. The deprosys technologies say that the phone is sent to croma head office. I have no idea about service center works as no correct information provided. Other branded phones give quick response to customer complaints but here I need to wait for long time despite correct information not provided. Perfect TAT time also not given by the company about the phone service. My phone IMEI No:[protected]. as on date no reply and they are not picking the calls either. There is zero after service. They do not have any accessories. My phone is returned to me without any action.
Pathetic.
I want to take more serious action against them. Any suggestions?
