[Resolved] Croma — Poor service by croma and ifb ... 6 months to do servicing of dishwasher | |||||
Rajagopal plot no.3 anjenayar nagar, katcherimalai water tank, zameen pallavaram, chennai 43 with respect to servicing of my ifb dish washer machine, which i bought on[protected] for which i booked many complaints and no person have attended the fault . even the last fault complaint should be open but ifb and your company is cheating us without repairing it you have closed the service call. -- i request you to attend the fault immediately, for which you have received extended warranty amount as per the extended warranty code 172709. moreover the machine itself has 2 years warranty as per your papers.. i expecting you to replace the machine wholly if it is not done within this week as already we have suffered a lot without dishwasher and paid around 30000/. to your firm. i.rajagopal / [protected] / [protected] // inv. no. slf[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
