Dear Sir, We had purchased a CROMA 190L Refrigeration vide your Invoice No. SLFO2A[protected] dt.[protected]. Now we had some problem in the refrigeration so we complaint through customer care. The Complaint No. CH1140515 FF00004 dt.14-5-15. But so far no any proper response & service co-ordination with your service teams. We are suffering for the past one month due your non co-operation and irresponsible activities. If you can’t able to rectify the problem . Please inform to us.
