[Resolved] Croma — Product Services very poor

I submit my product on 10th May, 2016 Croma 3G Tablet for repairing and they sell that product to their employee at cheap price.

When I asks for my product they replied me it's in progress. I am visiting branch at Croma iskcon ahmedabad for my product. They replied me that, they have no idea about my product.

When I call in customer care for my product they replied that, you have no rights to get your product back.

Also they have policy for 7 working days. I am calculation 7 working days from 10th May, 2016. My Service Request is AHD100516WS00015.

Can you help me in this case?

From 10th May, 2016 to 2nd July, 2016 52 days of working process, croma company did not provide product back. Now they used that product for their own use.

I think Croma company involved in corruption and web fraud with their clients and customers.

Stop these type of non-sense with your customers.
