[Resolved]  Croma — Received defective phone , want return and refund

I had received a defective phone( samsung galaxy a52) (8th august 2022) and it was not working properly as it doesn't detect any sim and the network connection also is defective as it doesn't work and I have filled out the form for return and contacted the customer service but still it is going to be 2 days and no one has reverted back to confirm for a pickup or refund . I want the company to take this defective phone back and give me a refund as soon as possible ...

I took it to the nearest Croma store and they said it was software problem and now it is fixed
