I've purchased a LG 55UQ80 TV on 9th August, 2022 from Croma (Shyamal Store, Ahmedabad, Gujarat).
Delivered on 10th August, 2022 - and TV installed on Saturday 13th August, 2022 after 4 days of delivery (it's too late).
and WOWWWW - it's a defected piece of LG which i received.
we've complaint, and Luckily i received 2nd defected piece of LG on 14th August, 2022 as a replacement of 1st defected LG piece
Customer Care person act like they giving us LG piece FREE. and volume/tone of that person is very annoying.
He must have to understand the concern of the customer because customer is facing the issues because of them.

before ordering something they are like - "Yes sir", "Ok sir". after i purchased they act like as they are our BOSS...
What they saying only that's right. insteadof customer Voice/ Hurdles/ Disturbing/ Customer Time, Money & Value...
and now after sending 2 defect Tv unit - Croma sales person & customer desk teach us rules of croma for Delivery, Demo, Installation & Replace process. Was this information helpful? |
