[Resolved] Croma — refrigerator not working since 26.08.2019 | |||
I have purchased refrigerator(Side by Side model) from Croma (product also belongs to Croma) on date 17.03.2019. Now refrigerator having issue in temperature/cooling (i.e Freezer not set the Ice and not cooling properly ) since 5 days (i.e From Date 26.08.2019). Accordingly i have raised complaint on 27.08.2019 to Croma customer care (Complaint no.MUM270819FS00533 ) and request them to resolve issue as early as possible because my frigerator having too much degradable (i.e food, milk vegetable etc)things in it accordingly technician visited my resident on. 28.08.2019 and adjust the temperature of refrigerator and going back by saying that, we will check first after changing temperature ice is formed or not and cooling done properly then we will take further action and he will come in 2 to 3 hr and check, but he is not coming that day. Again other than that you are close my complaint without any intimation on same day without resolving it. I again call your customer care for asking why they close my complaint since the issue is not resolve yet and explain him all the scenario, but your customer care told me that, your 1st complaint is closed so you need to raise fresh complaint. what is this ? I was explain all think to him how there technician just ran away an all but still he tell me that you raised fresh complaint, ok then i raised fresh complaint same technician come for attending the complaint and surprisingly same yesterday technician comes again doing same thing and give up and again plan to ran away so my wife tell him don’t go you done it same yesterday also call your supervisor after that he call the supervisor and assigned engineer to resolve the issue and ensure that the issue resolve today itself. You know what your engineer do, he was also doing same thing adjust the temperature and go by saying he will come in 2 to 3 hr and check, but till 7.30 pm he is not come. In view of above This is worst experience i ever had with Coma i’ll purchase many product from Croma and they functions smooth till now but now, i’ll wary about them also. If i face issue with them also i’ll treat the same as now...!!! If you are not in position to resolve the issue then take your product back and refund me my mony or replaced with new one.
