[Resolved] Croma — Refrigerator quality and repair service lousy to say the least! | |||
Very bad experience, they did not provide us any service and kept us hanging. I bought a 25k refrigerator from Croma and it's repeatedly asking for repairs and Croma has no proper response to our complains whatsoever. Their repair personnel comes after 10-15 days each time we complaint and then they ask for visiting charges saying that the last complaint was dated a month back! Not expected from such a big company. I don't think this company is capable of resolving issues with its low quality, high priced products. Was this information helpful? | |||
