I write this email in desperation as in the store the manager an other people have not being able to help me since the last 5 days I have pick up a Whirlpool a/c from croma --Invoice No -- SLF02A[protected] From day 1 -- I have been Unsatisfied an have been in constant touch with your croma Outlet Whirl pool service centre guys came to check up the a/c --which gets cool after 45mins --which they claim is a normal phenomena -- I showed them my other room a/c samsung which cooling happens in 5mins--he was speechless anyway presently I have very frustruted an tired an yesterday My brother visisted the Store again --to request another a/c O.G brand --for which i am ready to pay the more difference --but all in vain So now -- I1m not asking or request for an Exchange I`m Demanding for MY REFUND BACK FOR THE A/C -------PLEASE !!! I don`t want either Me or My brother to waste more time in CROMA !!
