I have had a horrible experience shopping on Croma. Never before have I seen such crippled backend system and with an even worse customer care team.
I placed the cancellation request for a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE on 14 of May, just a few hours after placing the order. I never thought it would be such a nightmare get an order cancelled.

I'm mentally exhausted by now. The customer care is so useless, that I literally have no words. Whenever I call the customer care, I get the same response that you'll hear back from us in 24 hrs. But I'm yet to receive that call. I gave them 2 alternate numbers to get in touch with me. But, nope. Still waiting for them to call me back.
As a customer, never have I felt so helpless. This is a big amount for me and I intended it to be a gift for someone. Now, I have to pay the credit card bill for the product that I never even received. How is this fair?
I hope this complaint reaches the right person. I'm attaching the bill as well. Plese expedite the process. No company who wants to be in business would make its customer wait any more than 7 days for a refund.
Also, you really need to work on your communication. I have to constantly get in touch with the customer care team, when it should be the other way around. It's your job to provide the customer with the necessary updates regarding his request. Besides, contacting the customer care is never useful. I always receive false promises.
I request you, for the love of god to please give me a specific update regarding the refund. Has it been processed or not? When will I get my money back?
