Croma — Refund of money for faulty product ro water purifier

I have purchased aquaguard ro from croma store Ahmedabad on 27/11/2022.my registered number is [protected]
The product was defective so I was given on replacement on 4 /12/2022.
The replacement product was also defective .
which was confirmed by your technician from aquaguard.Now I don't want any replacement kindly refund my money.
I have registered refund request but haven't received refund yet
Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. I have requested this too many times but haven't received any sattisfactory reply

I haven't received any call from you .as i have my Miss call alerts on my phone. I haven't received any missed calls alerts also . Also I have contacted store but they are saying to wait . I have visited more than thrice . But no proper resolution received .also no body is coming to pick faulty products . Both machines are at my home . Kindly refund my money and take your faulty products as soon as possible from my home
