Croma — Refusing pickup at store after online order

Address:Shubham galleria, shop no 2, ground floor opp judson high school, next to finolx chowk, pimpri colony, pune, Maharashtra 411018

I visited the store after one hour of placing the order for a play station5 digital edition. The executive collected my photo id and said he will bring the order. Then the manager came saying that there is no stock and that he sold the same item to another customer after my order. The order is neither cancelled and they are not even giving the product on visit to store.
I said if the item is out of stock it should be automatically cancelled from croma but the manager insisted me to manually cancel the order, but I didn't, order is still placed and he is not giving it to me.
