[Resolved] Croma — Regarding No cost EMI

I bought iPhone 13 (₹79990) on 29 Apr. 2022 and my order id is[protected]. i choose 6 month no cost EMI option. according to NO cost EMI my EMI will be 13, 331 but my First EMI is 14, 386 and 2nd EMI is 14, 148. I raised complaint for this SR[protected], they replied me "Hello Sameer, thank you for your patience. Please be informed that you had an offer of 'No Cost EMI' but the transaction has been completed via 'Standard EMI'. Hence, the EMI's are as per Standard EMI. Hope, this information was helpful."
but i had selected No Cost EMI with 5000 Cashback Offer (after 120 Days).

Croma Customer Care's response Dear user, We checked internally and as per updates, you selected No Cost EMI Offer but completed the transaction via STANDARD EMI, hence you are not eligible No Cost EMI offer.
