I ordered a LG UQ80 55" TV on 5th Dec and I paid with Qik EMI card and my Credit Card. I cancelled it immediately and a refund as initiated on 5th Dec itself. It has been more than 11 working days now and yet no refund is reflected on Qik EMI section of Tata Neu App or in my Credit Card statement/app. I have not received my Rs 8649 which I paid using my Credit Card till date. I don't know how you manage the Qik EMI card transaction at all. This much delay in credit card refund is unacceptable, it usually take less than 3 business days for refund to complete. It has been over 5 business days now. Is there any resolution to this? Maybe you can refund me the Rs 8649 (processing fees + some advance) that I paid for in advance with my Credit Card back to me in Neucoins only if not to the original source?

You have initiated the refund on 5th Dec, it is over 3 weeks of time now. My credit card has even billed me the amount in the current bill.
