[Resolved] Croma — Regarding worst service handling | |||
I register a complain regarding my split ac around one month back for which they ask me a duration of 10-12 days to provide service due to covid. after a week or so i got a mail that my complained has been closed and servuce has been provided kindlly give feedback. i mentiin in that feedback also that i didnt recive any service. after one day i got a call from croma regarding my feedback. so i yold them i didnt get any service and no one called or show up at my place. this incidence has repeated thrice with me. including the mail part. today third time i recive the same mail that i recive the service and complain has been closed...and ...yet here i am...asking to provide service as now one show up or called.yet Was this information helpful? | |||
