Another worst experience...
Just received a call from
Croma/Mr. Venkat Murli (+[protected], He was saying that they will not replace my phone as they have only 16GB product right now.
He said (rudely): "Either use this 16 GB product or ask for credit note as there are a lot of customers like you."
Great!! Due to some of you, people have begun to HATE country's most trusted TATA GROUP.
When I ask his Manager's name/contact no., He told that he is not authorized to say his manager's name, Why ????
Why is it so confidential ?? Why are they hiding like Thieves ?? Aren`t they ??
I have to use this product only as they are not going to change my product with 32 GB.
@Mr. Joshi: Is it too hard to run this project honestly???
