[Resolved] Croma Retail — Not replacement / repair of lg tv under extended warranty for last one year | |||||
I purchase one LG Television in August 2013 from Croma, Saket store, New Delhi. 2 year extended warranty was sold without informing that it is Cromas inhouse service station. I have been facility problem with my Television for last one year and have complaint at Croma several time. They have serviced the TV several time but problem has not been completely resolved till date. This time it is even worse that service guy just blamed the problem on cable. We have referred the problem to Cable guy who in turn changed the entire wire. But the problem is still not resolved. I have been trying to call at your call center but there is no response. I have sent SMS "warranty" as per instruction but still there is no response. I am very very disappointed with TATA customer care.
