[Resolved] Croma — Return or replacement

Have requested for my tv part replacement. Today is 26th day since request i have no clue why it is taking so long and when it will get fixed. Every time i call customer care, i have been told that i'll get a call back from their service team.. Which never happened. I literally have no idea whats going on. Pathetic services from croma... Chromo is a best place to buy a second hand products for actual MRP price. They had delivered a Refrigerator. we found it damaged inside and no packing inside. Its more over look like show case piece was delivered. We had asked for replacement and no proper response. they are just playing from last 3 weeks.
