Croma — Sale Damaged product/manufacturing issues | |||
I have purchased a Apple earphone from Croma store on 14th Sep 2020 for @Rs 2400. The piece is on a one-year warranty with manufacturer . But with 2 days it’s not work any more I have tried reaching their service-staff but no response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, It was full manufacturer problems I request you to replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest kindly.They have make a fake damaged bill from Apple brand store. Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 11, 2020 Croma Customer Care's response As per the update received from the concerned teams, the product is physically damaged which is not covered under warranty. The same has been informed to the customer
