I am writing this email, to bring to your kind attention the problems I have faced and infact facing, to get the purchased products from Croma.
Getting a product from Croma has been a hustle for me. Firstly, it was my gastop, which had leakage issues and to get that product repaired, I had to make humungous amount of calls. After constant followups and tiring phone calls, (where I had to explain the problem everytime to the customer care executive ) my issue was finally resolved.
But it seems like, getting a product from Croma can never be a struggle free process. I made a purchase of the Samsung Crystal Pro HD Tv online recently and it was expected to be delivered yesterday.First of all, i made thebpurchase of 58 inch TV but the protal somehow reflected 43 inches in the final order, after the payment was done. once that was resolved, the delivery process is causing headache. The product was supposed to reach my address yesterday, but It has not reached me yet and instead shows a delivered status on the tracking website.
I hope you understand the frustration one faces when one has to go through the entire customer service process. And since this has now happened with me twice, I dont think I will be able to trust the brand Croma for making any purchases in the future. The shear lack of a streamlined process has caused me a lot of trouble.
I would be grateful if you can kindly track down my shipment and get it delivered to me (in SAFE and WORKING condition) tomorrow, as I had already scheduled the installation appointment. The details of my purchase are mentioned below.
