[Resolved]  Croma — service request not proper response

Have purchased a ac from croma center with 2 years waranty, last 2 days i have faced problem with my ac. I have registered a complaint against the problem with croma. But they replied the technician will attend this problem on tuesday. Its very strange to hear that response by onsite. 4-5 days for services. I am humbly request you to pls look into the matter & help to resolve this problem by asap. Your support will highly appreciated. Complaint no. Is bof150618ew00007
