[Resolved]  Croma — Service requested, but no update

I have raised a request against my below Item:
204644 - Device Secure - 1Yr Unlimited Repair S

I raised this request on 30-Oct-2022 at morning 8:48
The service is logged with below number: BOF301022FS00077

But still there is no update on the same, and now the customer care person is saying We take 8 to 10 days to resolve the request, if so, then why do you sell such pathetic plans to consumer just to get extra penny our of our pocket???

This is not expected from TATA GROUP atleast!!!

Hope atleast my email get addressed on time... if consumer is raising request, its requires immediate attention, else dont sell such plans ...
