My sony headphone MDR-ZZ110AP BLACK (Sr. no. P95483221G) was not working hence I had given it to the company back for repairs. I could not collect the same later and so I had sent my friend to collect it from Croma. But, the manager of croma did not issue it to my friend. I had visited the same store recently but the manager was trying to show as if the company cannot do anything and they were not aware about the whereabouts of my product. I followed up many times but could not get the headphone. Hence, I will be taking up the matter with higher authorities. Was this information helpful? | |
