Pathetic service,
I ordered sony mdr-xb50ap/b extra bass earphone (Black) online with the confirmation
"your order (Ref. No.[protected], booked through our pick from store (Pfs) facility, is confirmed. Your invoice no. Sla027ec0000612 is attached with this mail."
I received a call from the store abhijeet chowdhary assitant store manager informed that the product is defective hence we wont be able to honor my order.
I asked for a refund immediately but since it was a refund we as consumers have to wait for banking hours and all 48 working hours, if it had to be another order they are open 24/7 to accept payments, as a good will gesture i asked similar product at same price person infromed that similar product is three times more expensive than the amount i already paid.
Unhappy with the service provided
That was suppose to be a gift.
Resolution provided which isnt acceptable to visit the store to collect cash.
