I bought a jbl t110 earphone from croma stores in mantri mall, malleshwaram on 3/11/18. The earphone jack bent within 3 days of purchase so i went to their stores and they blamed me of intentional damage though their website has several reviews for the same product of being faulty. They have sold me a low quality product intentionaly and denying service now. Please help. Invoice number: sla[protected]
