Dear team I purchased tv (croma hd led 61cm el7065) item code 178879 dtd. 24/5/2016. Invoice no -. slf02a[protected] Installation done on 29/5/2016 after rigorous follow-up with customer care and pimpri showroom. On 24/7/2016 - i logged complaint for tv is not getting start. on 26/7/2016 engineer visited and confirmed that pcb is being faulty so tv could not be able to start. we have been told that will get it replaced within couple of days. Since 26/7/2016 i and my family members are in touch with costumer care but we are getting false commitment from customer care that you will get from call from croma service center team. Now we are feed up with croma services and support team. Now we want replacement of tv this faulty tv with new one as it’s got faulty within 56 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
