[Resolved] Croma — Unethical behaviour and delay in resolving service request | |||||
I faced 2 major issues with the customer service at Croma. I raised a service request for repair of my Croma Portable AC on 12th April 2016 which went unattended by any technician for a week. Finally on 18th April, I called customer care again to remind them of the request I had raised for the repair. On 19th April they sent a technician who misbehaved with me and was rude. Since 19th April till date, I am waiting for another technician to come and repair the AC. I have been calling the customer care everyday since 19th April and everyday have been getting an answer that they will send the technician today. Still awaiting my AC to be repaired!
