Croma — Unsatisfied about Product delivery

I was purchased Hair fridge from newly open showroom Sinhgad road Pune. This showroom is not responding well while we call about my product delivery, also late delivery of my fridge.After all struggle they send fridge with no supportive staff.me and transport person carry that fridge to my floor.This kind of disgusting service I don't expect from Croma showroom.You should work on it. Please send me some reply about this.
