[Resolved]  Croma — Want to return product because of No Solutions for Issue

Hi Croma,
Hope you are doing well !!!
I have serious issue with my order, details are as bellow:

Product Detail-
Apple iPhone 13 (256GB ROM, MNGL3HN/A, Alpine Green)
Product Id:: 249841
Amount-78990
Order Date -18 June 2022
Delivered Date -21 June 2022
Registered Mob Number- [protected]

I have ordered the product on above date. As per the Offer on website, I have applied the offer of HDFC Bank Credit Card which would give 4000 instant cashback & No Cost EMI . But it has deducted the full amount of Rs. 78990/- from my credit card & not gave No Cost Emi also. Now this product costing me around 85000/- without GST.

I am very frustrated by calling the Customer Care several times sending emails but whenever i calls the Customer Care telling me that Backend team will contact me and resolve my issue but even it’s been 4 days buy still Backed Team are not responding me & failed to resolve the issue.
My Service request id’s are

2. SR[protected]

So, as your return policy i can return the product within 7 days and my return period is getting over on 28 June 2022. Due to your weak response and you failed to resolve my issues i can’t wait further.

Hope you will understand my problem .
So, I would request you to please Cancel my order & give my full refund immediately

Croma Solved my Case almost 20 days later! I thought they won’t solve it. So i stopped contacting them, But later they gave me my CashBack. At least they did it. 6/10
