[Resolved] Croma — Washing Machine with 4 years warranty not working since 3 months | |||||
I bought 6.5 Kg Croma washing machine(CRAW[protected] last year with 4 years warranty and was getting very good service hence decided to buy another 7 kg croma washing machine(CRAW[protected] for another house. But since last 3 months i have been repeatedly calling for the customer care to repair the washing machine which is not working but no resolution has been provided so far. 15 technicians have visited so far. Spoken to 3 service managers. Escalated the matter to all levels. only answer that i get is "Plz wait for some more time, we will fix it" Advice to all: PLZ DONT TRUST CROMA bcoz it is a TATA product.
