[Resolved] Croma — Wireless earbuds | |||
I had placed an order for a set of wireless earbuds with Croma using a set of Gift vouchers and some extra payment by card. I had to cancel the order as the store they asked me to pick it up from was distant from my residence. They declined to shift the pickup to a shop closer home, where the product was available. Within a reasonable time, they arranged for the refund of the cash that was credited to my card account. On following up for the reactivation of the vouchers both by email and by calls to their consumer are, they continue to make promises to address yej issue within some time frame. They have consistently failed to meet those commitments and I am continuing to wait for their response so that I can procure these products using the expired vouchers. This was a brilliant service recovery by an individual - Bing a member of an otherwise apathetic team. Kudos for trying to make a difference.
