I purchased Crompton make Solarium Delux geyser 25ltr from Paras Enterprise on 25.08.2018. It became nonfunctional on 3rd Feb 2021. A complaint was made with customer care on 05th Feb2021 complaint no..[protected]/01. Service personal visited on 5th evening and informed that storage tank is leaking and company will replace the item with new one since product is within warranty period. Since then we have made enormous calls to service center, customer care, senior manager and dealer but my item is not replaced till today i.e. 13th feb 2021, 8.58AM.
Its very cold in Ghaziabad, India. Company is silently ignoring my complaint.
My request to buyers is that to buy a reputed company product who provides good after sales service. I thought Crompton is a reputed company and will provide good after sales service. They have disappointed me.

I bought an new crompton motor ow-28 (open well) day before yesterday ie 5/02/2021..now i fixed it n turn on the motor.. But it is not functioning .
So i request u to check the problem n replace a new motor .

Water leakage from Geyser (storage electric water heater)

Sir I was register complaint 0f 10hp induction 3 phase 4 pole 1440RPM motor manufacturing defects in one winding pole. Due to this problem our production stop fron 23rd Jan 2021, no any your service person visit at our premises, we purchase this motor o 9th Oct. 2020 and install on machine in Dec. 2020, motor is in running but frequently fuse gone and hitup 3 to 4 time in a day local person check on metor found that defect in winding in running amps incriss above limit, so please urgently chage this motor urgently, I am send heare with bill of pudchase

I bought a Crompton motor 4/06/20 and now I faced some problem in this motor so I lodge a complaint and complaint number is [protected]/01 so now some one visited at my place so now he told us that motor burn or short due to water so now tell me what is the quality is this motor and may I ask you that motor is working with water so is this customer fault because your device person ask is to pay the charges for this repair that this is customer fault and I am your valuable customer that using Crompton motor from the last long and all the motor is working fine so how this motor is gone fire due to water can you explain me or is this customer fault so plz help me to get this replace or repair thanks

We are purchase 10hp four pole 3 phase electric motor on Oct. 2020 and install on machine on Dec 2020 motr in in running condation but iin one half hour it will be trip and fuse bunt friqently we check that one pole widig problem amps incriss in running and cable hited and fuse burnt

When running motor observed abnormal sound inside motor.

Motor rating is 9.3 kw working it has observed that abnormal sound is coming from motor, it is found that sound is coming from back side bearing.
