Fan sound

I bought an new crompton motor ow-28 (open well) day before yesterday ie 5/02/2021..now i fixed it n turn on the motor.. But it is not functioning .
So i request u to check the problem n replace a new motor .

Water leakage from Geyser (storage electric water heater)

Sir I was register complaint 0f 10hp induction 3 phase 4 pole 1440RPM motor manufacturing defects in one winding pole. Due to this problem our production stop fron 23rd Jan 2021, no any your service person visit at our premises, we purchase this motor o 9th Oct. 2020 and install on machine in Dec. 2020, motor is in running but frequently fuse gone and hitup 3 to 4 time in a day local person check on metor found that defect in winding in running amps incriss above limit, so please urgently chage this motor urgently, I am send heare with bill of pudchase

Geyser has stopped woking but we bought it recently on[protected].

I bought a Crompton motor 4/06/20 and now I faced some problem in this motor so I lodge a complaint and complaint number is [protected]/01 so now some one visited at my place so now he told us that motor burn or short due to water so now tell me what is the quality is this motor and may I ask you that motor is working with water so is this customer fault because your device person ask is to pay the charges for this repair that this is customer fault and I am your valuable customer that using Crompton motor from the last long and all the motor is working fine so how this motor is gone fire due to water can you explain me or is this customer fault so plz help me to get this replace or repair thanks

We are purchase 10hp four pole 3 phase electric motor on Oct. 2020 and install on machine on Dec 2020 motr in in running condation but iin one half hour it will be trip and fuse bunt friqently we check that one pole widig problem amps incriss in running and cable hited and fuse burnt

When running motor observed abnormal sound inside motor.

I have 1 hp 1500rpm foot motor and now this not working

क्रॉन्पटन के गीजर खराबी होने के कारण कस्टमर केयर में कंप्लेन के बाद फीस देने के बावजूद भी मेरा समस्या आज तक हल नहीं हुआ।

मेरी 80 वर्ष की बुड्ढी मां ठंड के कारण कष्ट पा रही है।
आज तो हद हो गया[protected] पर फोन करने के बाद हमें कहा गया की आपका समस्या का समाधान अभी नहीं हो पायेगा ।

मैं वयस्क नागरिक हूं। लंबे समय से मेरे और मेरे परिवार के लोगों को झूठ मुठ वादा करके सर्विस नहीं दिया जा रहा है जिसके कारण मैं और मेरा पूरा परिवार मानसिक आर्थिक और शारीरिक से क्षतिग्रस्त हो रहे हैं।

Motor rating is 9.3 kw working it has observed that abnormal sound is coming from motor, it is found that sound is coming from back side bearing.

I had purchased 1 DOMS PUMP 1HP from M/s Arun Enterprises PVT. Ltd. Gangyal Jammu as on 26.08.2020. But due to some Personal issues installed it as on 10.12.2020.
But from 11.12.2020 it is not working at all and we are facing lot of inconvenience and I have already discussed the matter with dealer and also raised the complaint at your tool free number, but still the issue not resolved .Please replace the product as soon as possible and oblige.

Monoblock pump make high density noise like whistle unable to bear

Please note that I have logged in a complaint for slow performance of my Geyser ( purchased on 11th July 2020) and was asked to pay a service charge of 500₹ by the Service Engineer when my Geyser is very much within warranty period.
The service person from Crompton came yesterday evening and turned on the power supply of the Geyser and confirmed that there are some iron deposition and hence there would be a service charge of 500 ₹ to clean it. He may be so much experienced that he did not need to open the Geyser and just heard the noise and told us so firmly and confidently that the slowness in heating is only happening because of Iron Deposits and that he is 100% sure about it and demanded 500₹ for servicing when my Geyser is just few months old.
I would request Crompton to provide me more clarity on this matter and inform the local Service center in Kolkata to send a senior technician who would examine thoroughly and provide a service as per the norms of the service.
I have a Bajaj Geyser operating in the second bathroom and it is more than 1 year old and it is running absolutely fine without any heating delays or any other Iron Deposition issues. I am not at all happy and satisfied with the Geyser and service that I'm experiencing from Crompton to be honest
