    My name is Amandeep residence- Shiv Shakti Nagar Colony, Chas, Bokaro, Jharkhand. I bought a Crompton Automatic Stabilizer of 4kv. I registered a complaint regarding the above product as it wasn't functioning. But the service man says that I was not having the proper GST bill and warranty card. Kindly resolve my problem.

              Dear sir,
              we are supplier to l&t, supplied 2 nos induction motors to their ganga bridge at patna. Their requirement was for 5hp 3ph motor, 2865 rpm. I purchased 2 nos motors from your dealer, f hussain & brothers at kolkata. What i had received and supplied is of 2875 rpm. Ibelieved to be the same. But the user at site has rejected the said motors saying it is not suitable for their purpose (used in batching plant).

              Kindly let me know why the same rated motors having different speed. Secondly, if in case, there is no difference in the two motors as attached pictures, then can you please send me your confirmation stating that both are same and shall have no effect in the performance of their machine output.

              Also confirm if the same motor is available having 2865 rpm

                  I (Nipa Roy) bought a mixer grinder from Reliance Mart, Mowa, Raipur on 9th March, 2020. The Model No- CG-DS51 and Model name is LYAB1SB180687.
                  It was working well but few days back it suddenly stopped functioning. The product is still within Warrenty period. Please take my complaint on priority basis and do the needful.

                          Breakdown happened two days before

I was complaint on 16/09/2020 customer care givethe number of juthika enterprise but after contact with your patner which doesn't provide proper help although i have give them all my documents with my warranty card xerox copy but they doing dealy not came to solve my issue.
