      I bought 4 crompton antidust fans in september 2019.in that 2 of them stopped working in april 2020. We complained about it to the customer service. There isn't proper reply. Am very much disappointed with your services. And the service person behaves rudely with us. Hereafter not going to recommend or buy crompton products. I need replacement of this fan

        I had lodge a complaint today on crompton web portal regarding my pump is not working.
        Service request no. [protected] generated by company on 04th may 2020.
        I want to please rectify the problem on priority.in this regard a msg received from crompton "soneeka enterprises contact no. [protected] will be attended. But her mobile no. Is switched off. For your information, i want to say that yesterday, chief minister delhi has also given relief to all the technicians working for repair. He can do his work. Please bother to get my work done immediately. Thanks

          I am purchase crompton high speed wall mounted fan. Date[protected] from mukund electric pvt. Ltd. Aurangabad (Mh).
          From purchase of fan i am facing much more problem, at finally today morning fan blades, rings, cover are brakes and sprayed in room automatically in running and my mother injured. So i am give warn you take back this low quality, 3rd class product and return my money back.

              Our open well submersible pump from your company in not working. We bought it in september. 10, 000 rupees we paid and it worked for 8 months only. Very sorry to inform our bad impression on your product. We are not able to get water now.. Facing scarcity because of your bad product. We can't contact anyother services since the shops are closed due to covid 19. You are responsible for our poor condition.. Kindly take necessary measures... Or else we may contact consumer court.

                  I had purchased crompton exhaust fan brisk air plus in oct 2019 and installed in dec 2019. Fan is making to much noise and flap was not working. I raised a complaint and got very poor service from crompton team. Crompton had provided me temporary solution which may occur every month and i want a permanent solution in this matter. I already highlighted this matter to crompton supervisor sudhir and sunil sawant however still do not have proper resolution.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had booked ceiling fans and godrej safe locker in the bandra exhibition on 06/01/1/2020. Even after calling on the toll free no of Vijay Sales, the reason given for delay in delivery is there is no stock. I had purchased on d condition that i will get d delivery within a weeks time as the renovation work is going on. Aslo the godrej safe locker is delivered but not what we have booked.
                      If i don't get the delivery today evening or tomorrow morning, then i will have to lodge complaint against the same.
                      Kindly do the needfull.

                        Hi Crompton dry iron box was taken with complaint number registered on 03 December with complaint number Your Complaint No:[protected] will be attended by Sri Poorna Electrical & Refrigeration-[protected] registered complaint the service executive took the iron box and after several follow-ups he never respond and not even courtesy of responding on status even customer care pays zero attention iam really frustrated i have to spend lot of money one calls and to get my things iron daily kindly look olinto issue and do thr needfull ASAP

                            I complained about the product in mid november about leakage of water from heater (Model solarium aura aswh1325). A mechanic came and told that the heater will be replaced within a week. Now when after a week i called them they said it will be done within next week. It happened three times and after that today they called me and said they dont have my model so they can give me another newer model but i have to pay extra money of approx 2200 inr for it.

                            So my point is that when my product is in warranty then why should i pay money for it? And when asked them that will they give me receipt for extra 2200 i pay to them they replied no. I think this is way of fooling people and getting money from them by saying that their model is not available while when i checked your website as well as amazon my model is still available.

                            When i called your customer care they told me to talk to service manager sumit kumar. I tried calling him 4 times on 4 different days and he didnt receive the call. When i again called the customer care they made me talk to some sales guy and then he again gave me number of same guy who was earlier asking me money for my geyser replacement.

                            What kind of customer service is this? Its been a month now my complaint hasnt been resolved. Solve it as soon as possible. I didn't expect this from company like yours. Pathetic service.

                            I had given a complaint for my geyser. First one geyser person came and told that there is a leakage in the tank and can apply for replacement. But we could not get it for replacement because the service center was closed due to covid 19 lockdown. I again gave a complaint after the easing of the lockdown, another service agent came and told that there is problem with the coil and tank is not damaged. He forced us to pay 1000 rupees under the table so that he can clear the geyser for replacement even on the note that we already know there is a fault with the tank.

                            He took 1000 rupees and for putting a sticker for replacement. This is the way Crompton such an old brand operates. Crompton administration don't you feel ashamed of this kind of behavior from your people. This is not a new thing and you know all. Thats the reason the your brand loyalty is lost.

                              Needs to be changed. He put a complaint booked sticker on geyser. Dated 18/10/19 with complaint no. [protected], model 1525 with issue tank leek, and from 18th october i am making calls and calls
                              To service centre, customer care but no use. Service centre blaming customer care and customer care saying talk to service centre.
                              Its too cold now, winter has going to its peek,

                              Dealer is a big time robber did not address the complaint in the month of sep n then oct finally in the month of dec he i think replaced my original parts wuth the underperforming motor and controller now bike runs just 14 kms on single seat without climing any inclined roads

                                We purchased crompton swh606 ivory 6 ltr water heater set ge[protected] with inr 5500 on 4 december 2017 and it was mentioned that it is having 2 years of warranty. We found there is an abnormality in the month of november and we complained about the same to great eastern (433, garia main road) from where we had purchased the same. They took our complaint and sent 1 mechanic who was having very unprofessional behavior and told us in a very rude way that if you pressurize me then you have to make it correct when we asked him that what is the expected time that it can be rectified. His name is subham chakraborty. He told us that he'll be coming after 15th november and gave us his contact details. When the day passed we called him for several times. After calling him all time the person was unanswered. Hence we contacted service center of crompton at sonarpore. Here also we have not received any solution. 1 month already gone and still now we haven't received neither any call not any solution. And warranty will be expired on 2nd december. Can you please let me know is that your service to the customer? Does any customer is willing to chit chat with you guys without any reason? Do you guys really think that we do have so much time to keep on tracking when it'll be performed? I need it to be rectified that's it.

                                  I am regular user of crompton ac drives in service of offset printing machines. Recently in one of 1 hp single phase ac drive, due to lighting during recent rainy season. The ac drive control card got burnt, remaining drive ok and checked. When contacted local dealers and service center they are either not responding or asking me to buy new drive. I want to get this drive repaired as half of drive is ok.                                     The fan constantly keeps on giving out a screeching sound constantly.
                                    We have checked and there is no issue in the fitting of the fan, one of our local electrician said that there is a damaged wing plate.

                                    Someone from crompton greeves came and tried to fix the issue. But they couldn't do it right. The sound is still persisting.

                                    I am fed up of the Crompton Geyser as every 2-3 months it gets defunct. Couple of months back I got it fixed from Samriddhi Enterprises which is an authorized Crompton Greaves service centre in Ghaziabad but again Geyser is not working. Service warranty is till 20th Dec 2019 but no one is coming from.Crompton to fix the geyser.

Now when its their turn they have been spinning this matter since 2 months. We want our money back.
