This is to bring to your notice that i had registered a complaint for my geyser as it was not working fine since days.

After the technician had come, he had worked around it and left it, made a decision that the water tank needs to be changed. After waiting for 20 days or more and making several calls he came and changed the water tank which started leaking the next day.

We were charged 2300 for the water tank change.

Again, after waiting for 20 or more days, making several calls and complaints did the guy come and change the tank again.

Now, the tank has started to leak all the more and the geyser again is not working.

I want my refund back.

My exhaust motor is making noise. Your technician inspected and told for motor replacement to be attended shortly. He took invoice bill and warranty card too which is valid. however, its been over a week, no one has attended or I received any inquiry. Pleas do the needful asap.

    Hi,

    Initially, i had sound issue from the cg orh2 room heater (Which is out of warranty). Raised a complaint to customer care and got a technician at home to service it. He did some patch work and left. After that, i had tried to used the room heater on the same day (17th december) night and it gave a sound and spilled all the oil out.
    Again called customer care on 18th december 2017 and given the details. Customer agree to send a experienced technician. But, so far, no one turned up. I have called customer care again and again and tired. Customer care given a service person number in hyderabad, but they are also not responding to the calls.

    I am really fed up with the service team. Requesting a proper help to me.

    Hi,

    A technician (Nagaraju) has been assigned and attended on 28th December 2017. He analysed the issue and found there is a small hole to the oil cabinet inside the room heater. As per his analysis, any wire touches to the oil cabinet will burn it and damages the oil container. That's how a it burnt and made a small hole to the oil container and thus the oil spilled out.

    This was happen due to the mistake made by the previous service guy on 17th December while checking the fan sound.

    And this technician Nagaraju told that need to replace the oil container completely as it is not repairable and he will communicate to his management to provide a solution for me.

    But, now, it seems, his management is not taking any responsibility for it and asked me to give a call to one of their manager Venugopal.

    After several attempts of phone call, I was able to talk to Mr Venugopal today. I have explained him the complete issue. But, he is not taking accepting that the issue is due to his technician. And saying my product is out of warranty. Even, I have said that my product is out of warranty while giving a service complaint and paid the service charges as well.

    But, now, I am expecting Crompton should provide a solution to my room heater as it was damaged due to the technician's mistake.

    Requesting your help in following up the problem with Crompton in getting justice.

    While using heater getting bad smell from freezer.
    Water is not getting heated. Geyser is not working properly.Water heater is just 1 year 11 months old. Geyser is Under warranty with valid warranty card . Warm water coming from it even if flow rate is low.

        I purchased a cfl (15w) in 07/02/2017 from a local shopkeeper. It is in warranty period now but it stops working now as i went to that shopkeeper for replacing cfl but she tells that company has now stopped making cfl& has not selling from last 2or 3months. She is unable to replace it whereas it is in warranty period. Is it true, what's company's policy for customers whose buying product is in warranty. How should i replace that cfl.

          The customer service guy took my fan for repair on 1/10/2017 and told that he will return the fan within 2 weeks for which i was charged ₹ 400. But till there is no satisfactory response neither from the service centre nor from the customer care.
          Following are the details of complaint.

            This has reference to the earlier communication /legal notice dated 31/10/2017 regarding replacement of mono block pump (Mini master plus) which had purchased from your local distributor m/s. Gupta electrical co., sector-22, chandigarh (Ut) in aug.2017.

            In continuation of above, we would like to inform you that the new pump were installed by your company's service people (M/s. M. S. Jaswinder & co., mohali) on 24/11/2017. The first day there were some tech. Issue in it and later on company's service people has give report mentioning "bearing sound" on 11/11/2017 vide job no.-3055.

            On the same day we have informed them that loud noise comes in new pump also, said it is not our motor fault, may be problem is in pipe lines. A complaint has also lodged on your helpline vide number -[protected] on the same day. The contents of message "your complaint will be attended soon".

            On the same day we had requested to your service people to send your electrician for checking, they said they will arrange it, but till today evening nobody has been approach/ visited.

            You are therefore, requested to kindly look into it, else case to be filled in consumer forum in 1st week of december, 2017.

                    Despite repeated complaints no technician is visiting us to repair our two defective gysers. A person named rakesh roy had come from your service centre named, 'service plaza' to check the problem when the first complaint, numbered [protected] was raised on nov. 7th. And charged us rs. 500 (Video bill no. 029 dated november 08, 2017) towards service charge but did nothing except assuring us that he would come back with the requisite spares after two days. It's been more than a week since then and we have neither heard from him or anyone else in your organization.in the meanwhile, i have again lodged a complaint at your call centre vide interaction number [protected] on nov. 11th. Which again is still unattended to. Given the same, would like to know by when can i expect a resolution to my problem? Expecting a solution in the next 24 hours to prevent me from taking any further action.

                      Bought the motor on urgent basis on 30.09.17, which didn't work from the very moment of purchase. On failing of complaint register, took it to service centre. Again after a week had to take it to service centre, got it back, still there was an issue. Faulty piece. Pls replace. Its a breach of trust. Being a regular customer, expect a prompt action.

                          Hello team, i m really fad up with the pathetic services provided by crompton.

                          I have purchased 5 ceiling fans with understand the brand image but i came to know the reality now and will never suggest to anyone.

                          One of the fan is making high noise that i can not sleep even and when i made compliant they changed the fan but again noise is there even more than earlier then i compliant again and again and again but this is not resolved then i fed up and frastreted yesterday and talked badly on customer care then they gave me area sales manager number and he assured to help me but today again i received a call from service man that i had visited your place earlier too and told u that your fan will be with noise only. What the hell the response is. I called to asm again and he said he will get back to me in 10 mins but no response

                          Please help me how and where to complain as i want to raise the concern in consumer court now.

                              My name is rahul verma my phone no is [protected]. I have purchased geyser in 2013, after that 2 time my geyser was replaced regarding the issue of tank leakage, last time it was replaced in 2016.
                              Again within span of 1 year there is problem of tank leakage. Since i purchase it in 2013 and twice replaced it.in course of time i have misplaced my bill. When i call you service center at delhi (Hi tech solution) they are asking for bill but at you database my invoice was stored and was showing date of purchase in 2013. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of your product and the service you are providing. There is problem regarding the quality of material you are using. Low quality of tank can might also lead to some misshapen.
                              Therefore i request you to please solve my problem asap.

                                Purchased 02 brand new exhaust fans and both fan motors are making high noise, its quality & qc issue. Shopkeeper refused to replace and told to log the complaint which i did and it's been one month now nobody bothers to take care of if. Despite of making escalation over the phone to the toll free number.

                                Cromptom greaves products are the worst and people working here are in even worse. Today i spoke to nitin their area service manager he has taken one more person on the call and that guy is claiming it's my fault doesn;t know how to behave with the client.

                                My only suggestion never buy crompton greaves products any more.

                                  Dear team,

                                  In had purchased a crompton mini master in sep 17 and it had a problem of smoke.
                                  On checking by authorised service centre, narang electricals sonipat, it came to know that there is some water inside it and he suggested to do the wiring on chargable basisrs 900/- and he had not replaced the motor after many arguments.
                                  This is not acceptable under the guarantee policy.
                                  Earlier i was very much belief in crompton quality and service but this time my faith is lower down.
                                  I was thinking of buying a submersible motor also but i need to change my mood now.
                                  I wouldn't tolerate this type of service and a positive feedback from crompton is yet to be awaited.

                                      This is really a third class service for crompton greaves which would never recommended to anyone for crompton producers and now i will write in consumer complaint as well.
                                      I purchased a motor 18-oct-2016 when my house was constructed.
                                      My motor was not working since 25 aug 2017 after that i did not get time to complain to be honest when i tried this no it says this is wrong now but after some days the same no was working.
                                      I made a complaint on 22 oct 2017 next day engineer called me and said he is coming but till 9pm he did not come when i called him he said my bike got puncture so he could not come i said okay. On 26 oct 2017
                                      Engineer came to my house who was in full attitude said "phle bill lekar aao tab hath lagaunga" on the bill last date was 18th october 2017. It doesn't matter if it's mistake from company they got dealay for 2-3 days but he could not repair my motor sit at my place for 1 hour but did not touch even check what is wrong really frustrated with this. At least you should hire professional service centre who should have at least manners to talk with a customer.

                                      Please look into this and take necessary action if you can take.

                                        Purchased a ceiling fan for my clinic and since day 1 it was making a weird sound, so i complained to the consumer care... They send a person who repaired fan but still the sound kept coming.

                                        I complained again... They send a person who repaired fan but still the sound kept coming.

                                        Now i called customer care and requested them to change the blades of fan but no response even after 3 days.
                                        Kindly help
