      Motor complaint

      I'm bought a crompton brand 3HP 1 Phase electric motor as on 04/05/2022. But it is not working properly. When the running belt connect on it, then the motor not running. But after removing the belt, then the motor is running. So now i can't operate my machine. I'm contact the motor dealer. But they said that they have no warranty, and you inform to the Head Office.
      So please solve my motor complaint.

      I have purchased AURA celing fan on 7th September 2022 it's giving noisy and tick tick sound un able sit in the room because of irritating tick tick noisy sound. Complaint lodged on 1st October 2022 today technician attended and reported for noisy sound winding softener spoiler have no winding softener with them and takes time i immediately contracted to customer care number and their response is arrogant and adamant. with in month that in 15 days of purchase noisy sound. I am looking for replacement of New one in short time because we are not using the New noisy sound fan

        I have purchased cropmton company AURA celing fan on 7th September 2022 it is giving Tick tick sound while functioning unable sit in the room because of noisy sound. I have lodged a complaint in the web site provided on 1st October 2022. Today the technician attended and observed the noise and informed us winding softener spoiled and no on hand softener it takes time and i have immediately contacted customer care service person they are arrogant and adamant towards me and they doesn't care about my problem they simply said we will mail to our manager. I have asked the manager number they are reluctant. Now I bring to your notice it should replaced with new one with in short period.

            Parcel not yet delivered. I asked from the parcel is booked he replied courier is not agreed to deliver to Malanpur location. My concern is that then why the bookink was accepeted.

              Purchased 6 Crompton Energion Fans with 5 years of Company warranty, not even used for 6 months 2 of the fans are stop working.

              Registered Service Request #[protected]/01 with Crompton Greaves customer care on 20th August 2022, so far no resolution yet..
              I called then at least 8 times and every time they said your issue has been escalated to higher authority or technician will visit to resolve the issue within 24 hrs but it never happened..

              Today that is on 22nd Sept, they put my call on hold and disconnected after 21m and 10sec of call duration.
              I have all recorded calls in which everytime they said your issue with be resolve either within 24 hrs or 48 hrs but never resolved...

              I request Consumer forum to please look at this issue and help resolve this issue with them..
              Without Fans for more than a month is not Ideal..

                      Dear team mene last year 1 Crompton company ka geyser purchase Kiya tha jiski vajah se bahut problem face kar raha usme air banne ki problem hai Crompton ke employees kehte hai ki top floor par geyser work nahi karta hai jab aap 1 floor aur banaiye tabhi geyser Kam krega aapka ye to fir bewakoof bana rahi hai company consumer ko sale kiu karte hai ye geyser jab top floor par work nahi karega to meri request ye hai mujhe mere product ka refund Diya Jaye aur company geyser sale karte time ye bat phle customer se confirm kare ki ye top floor me kaam nhi karega.

                        CGMINI sergeant -1DV water pump 1HP

                        I purchased the above mentioned pump on 31/08/2022 from Garg India corporation sector 22 Chandigarh, but to my dismay the pump is not working properly since it's installation .on its very first run, it got stopped of its own after 5 minutes. There is no fixed time as to how much time it will run continuously. Sometime it runs for 30 minutes at a stretch and some time it shut down even after 2 to 5 minutes.
                        Kindly arrange to rectify...
