I'm karthikeyan. I have booked a complaint in crompton greaves customer care and my complaint no was [protected] dated 21.06.'17. I have 2 cg instant water heaters (3lts) in my home and both were not working for the past 2 weeks. So i booked a complaint and they told that service person will come from sri unnamalai agencies, kanchipuram. A person came on last saturday 24.06.'17 from that agency....

I am disappointed with the quality of ceiling fan as i purchased a month back. From second week onwards its giving huge sound. I requested your cc and confirmed that faulty and can be replacable.

My question, if i replace, i need to spend around rs 200 for elecrecian. This is not at all aceeptable. If problem comes again, should i repeat the same

Local mechanics instructed me to contact service engineer. You are requested to route your engineer to fix and diagonose the problem and take speedy remadial action as early as possible. The worst service one can experience is with crompton. I bought a cooler last year in july. I registered a complaint in may this year. Still my complaint is not resolved. First time engineer visited, he took a photocopy of bill and closed the complaint himself. Next time engineer visited, he attended the call, rectified the issue but the same issue arised in next 2-3 days. Now i called customer care last week but still the complaint is not...

I have purchased Cromptan ceiling fan from csd store, but it has some manufacturing defect. Now i contact service Centre, they asked for bill, ad the bill is missed and not available. They told that they cant help. As the manufacturing date is itself printed on fan plate its under warranty. I will sue the company in consumer court for not giving services and warranty as promised....
