I have purchase a B1 12 watt LED bulb through Amazon.com. But one months after its not working properly. Some times its give light and some time its not working. Local electrical checked my electrical line and told every thing is fine and bulb is not working properly.
so on 15/02/2017 I went to your authorized center UNIQUE SERVICE, Kolkata and request to change or replace the bulb but in that moment they had no stock and made a job order.

But unfortunately till I am getting my product where I have called them several time and they are also not aware when I will get my product.
now in this situation please suggest me what should I do for better service.

Dear team,
I have purchased a motor dated 26/12/2016, it is faulty motor which requires replacement, today it was extreme it caught fire, which could have brought my whole house down, if you have something which is faulty why do you sale that product, more over technician visited and I will have take the motor to your servicestation, I have no other work rather than running from pillar to post, for no fault of mine.

I purchased a Sogo coffee maker which stopped working after a few days. The company referred me to CG as handling service. They were unable to repair and offered me a smaller capacity coffee maker which I refused. The company has not provided any relief in spite ofmany messages, phone calls, etc. and send ing them a copy of my bill I am left with an item that does not work. The reps I spoke to do not appear to care that a customer has been cheated.

I had bought a crompton ceiling fan on 20/9/16 . This fan came with two years warranty. It performed well in previous summer season but in starting of current summer season it suddenly stopped .

We called on helpline number . Two person came to our home and tried to figure out the problem, they came up with that fans motor was not working.
They left our home and said that they would replace the motor in two or three days but now it has been six days and they have not replaced it yet. They are also not picking up the phone . We had also lodged complain and got complain no. [protected]

I bought a crompton water heater on 01oct16 and within 15 days o[censored]sage it became fault. Have raised a complaint with customer care D[protected]. Service man came and said that he changed a wire in it. And the heater was working for few days. Again it became fault and again have raised a complaint with customer care but they gave the same complaint number. Another new service person came and told that the previous service person had not fixed the fault correctly and need to change the coil. Again he made a temporary arrangement and asked for one week time to change the coil. But till now it is almost 60 days gone and he did not return to change the coil. Again I called the customer care and the complaint number is [protected]. But they closed the complaint and told the coil is out of stock and it takes one week to get the coil. Almost four weeks gone and still no response. Now I have again raised a complaint [protected] and still no response. Again and I raised complaint and the reference number is [protected] on 3rd march. They called me and again said the the coil is out of stock and will change it on Wednesday. Till now there is no response. Please take back the heater and refund me. Have not used for more than 10 times.

Sir mere water pump me kuch kharabi aa gai hai lastnight pump achhae se chala par jab hum us ko morning me on kr rhe hai to bahut slow sound de rha hai aur water nahi utha rha hai. Sir aap apne service acordaing apne sarvice men bhej ke hamare waterpump ko sahi kr de sir abhi merq pump warranty me hai sir hum ne pump ko date: 01/10/2016 ko liya tha aur company ke kahe anushar hame 1 year warranty mili hai.

It is for your kind information that I have bought two geysers from Crompton greaves company's authorized dealer on 4th of February 2016(Golaghat Stationary Agency), one is working fine but the other one is giving a lot of problem during water heating (Model No. of the defective one - NLMEB 000378). Regarding this matter, I have talked to the customer care center ([protected] ), but even after consulting them with two times, (1st on feb 5th and 2nd time on 20th march) I receive no response from them. So, I have to file a complain against them through your forum. I hope you will look into the matter and take the necessary actions needed.

I bought crompton greaves water pump (Csc1010-vx crompton make 1 hp sub pump) on 27th feb, the product sold to me was defective. When i contacted the dealer, he asked me to contact service center. The representative who came to check the pump had very limited knowledge and was not at all helpful. Though clearly there was defect in the pump he argued at length. It was a sheer harassment and i had to run up and down the store to change the defective pump, the company people were at at all helpful. Really unhappy with them.

Compton gyser is not working stop heating... When the guy checked sent by cuatomer care he said it would expence 3000 aa road and plat is bad...

The question is what kind of warrenty is this only for outer body comes under five year no internal??? Then i would recommend to evry body that not to buy graser crompton because outer body never fail
. Internal road or plat only can cause the problem... I am very frusted with...

I had bought cg pump 1 hp (mini ganga) on 20 sep 2016. After 4 months i Facing issuek that pump not working properly. It's geting power off after every 5-10 mins & heating too much. I complaint on customer care on 27 feb 2017. Engineer not fix the issue & suggest me to take the pump to their authorised service center at RAMNEEK ENTERPRISES E-90 PNB SIDE ROAD, SHASTRI NAGAR, DELHI-110063, so i go to service center & handover the pump on 28 feb 2017 & they said that contact after 2-3 hours, so i call after 3 hour but they said that we are unable to fix your pump pls call tommorrow, so i call again next day, & they said that it will be replaced within 2-3 days, after 3 days i call them but they reply that we have not yet received your new pump from company pls wait for 2-3 days. After 3 days i call them but they told me the same reason, after that i again register a complaint to customer care they give me the mobile number of NAVEEN SAINI ([protected]) who handle the service center of some areas, so i call him & tell him about my problem he also tell me to wait for 2 days & call the service center after 2 days, so i call service center after 2 days, but still they have not solve my problem & said that we don't know when your new pump comes. Regret to say that it is nearly 12 day now, but the pump has not recd. at the service center. Very very poor service... Not getting good service from Authorised Service Center.

I bought some 8 ceiling fans for my home of which three are not working fine and I have raised multiple complaints but no response.
The fans are still in warranty and this is the type of service i am given even within one month of buying the fans.
I am highly disappointed with the service and need a replacement for the fans.

I have spoken to customer care multiple times but nothing has been done and even the customer care executive was rude and abusive.

Hi. I am a student who is eagerly seeking for job. I got a call from crompton greves.. But they are not crompton just they are using this fake name (crompton greves)... Firstly I got a call from RELIANCE CAREER (I think consultancy).it is tie up with this fake company it seems...
and I have cleared my online test and telephonic interview then I got to know that I'm selected.. But after that they asked me to pay 850 for documents verification I paid.. After that they again ask to pay8100 for training purpose again I paid.. Still they wanted me to pay 7900 rs for courier charges.. In courier they will going to send offer letter and joining letter..
But this time I didn't paid. And they told me that all these money will be refunded back with in a day.. All payments transferred through paytm only.

Finally I got to know that this is a fraud.
So can I get my money back?? ..
If I won't get also OK..
But companies like these are playing with students who are eagerly waiting for job opportunities..
They are cheating many people daily..

My cooler is not working properly so i need immediate instance as it is still in warranty period. Some kind of sound is coming out of the cooler as we try to switch it on a also d fan is also most probably not working. As i m using other product of crompton as well so i wish i will get instatance as soon as possible. M a resident of guwahati assam n need asistance here itself

I have purchased a induction cook-top in urgent basis as substitute of LPG from Great Eastern in Chinsurhs in 10/01./2017.
but when i need to use it, i saw it is not working.

The 20 liter geyser has given problem again. 3rd time in 1 year of purchase. Request you to fix the wiring that supplies power to the geyser asap. The current problem is that the wire that supplies power to the geyser is burnt. We have had no power fluctuations in the past 3 months, even then this issue has popped up. Last time, Insta care ( CG service vendor) in Pune took 2 months to resolve the issue.

We have lodged one complsint regarding service of our water geyser at ambala cantt service center in name of mrs. Vijay kapoor bug they have not sent anyone from past one week inspite of daily reminders abd we will not buy your product because of this kind of poor after sales service this is second time we are facing problem because of delay by same service center and i recommend that you must change the service center franchisee i will also not recommend crompton products to family/friends in future

Hello sir, I think our geyser coil has been outdated and new coil has to been installed because when we switch on the geyser current is passing through the water and tap so we can't touch the tap when geyser is on. So I request you to send your service provider and solve this problem. And one more thing is that our geyser warranty period has been over so can you please tell me how much we should pay.
