I bought crompton greaves water pump (Csc1010-vx crompton make 1 hp sub pump) on 27th feb, the product sold to me was defective. When i contacted the dealer, he asked me to contact service center. The representative who came to check the pump had very limited knowledge and was not at all helpful. Though clearly there was defect in the pump he argued at length. Compton gyser is not working stop heating... When the guy checked sent by cuatomer care he said it would expence 3000 aa road and plat is bad...

The question is what kind of warrenty is this only for outer body comes under five year no internal??? Then i would recommend to evry body that not to buy graser crompton because outer body never fail
. Internal road or plat only can cause the problem... I am very frusted with...

I had bought cg pump 1 hp (mini ganga) on 20 sep 2016. After 4 months i Facing issuek that pump not working properly. It's geting power off after every 5-10 mins & heating too much. I bought some 8 ceiling fans for my home of which three are not working fine and I have raised multiple complaints but no response.
The fans are still in warranty and this is the type of service i am given even within one month of buying the fans.
I am highly disappointed with the service and need a replacement for the fans.

My cooler is not working properly so i need immediate instance as it is still in warranty period. Some kind of sound is coming out of the cooler as we try to switch it on a also d fan is also most probably not working. The 20 liter geyser has given problem again. 3rd time in 1 year of purchase. Request you to fix the wiring that supplies power to the geyser asap. The current problem is that the wire that supplies power to the geyser is burnt. We have had no power fluctuations in the past 3 months, even then this issue has popped up. Last time, Insta care ( CG service vendor) in Pune took 2 months to resolve the issue....

We have lodged one complsint regarding service of our water geyser at ambala cantt service center in name of mrs. Vijay kapoor bug they have not sent anyone from past one week inspite of daily reminders abd we will not buy your product because of this kind of poor after sales service this is second time we are facing problem because of delay by same service center and i recommend that you must change the service center franchisee...

Hello sir, I think our geyser coil has been outdated and new coil has to been installed because when we switch on the geyser current is passing through the water and tap so we can't touch the tap when geyser is on. So I request you to send your service provider and solve this problem. And one more thing is that our geyser warranty period has been over so can you please tell me how much we should pay....

Motor of heater so am unable to repair your heater after 4 days I will return your defective heater.. he works in shanti traders Sultanpur... please do need full action otherwise I will go to consumer forum

Sir, i purchased crompton greaves 15l metal body swh315e geyser no.5e808e/15-16/85, dated 03-apr-2015. Now, it is giving electrical shock when touching water tap. Kindly reply....

Sir my complain reference no. Is [protected] still now your service center didnot done the repair job, i came to know a thermal cutout is require which was not in working condition while I purchase though it is tag in the gesser " OK CHECKED".
Sir can you tell me when shall I use the gesser in this winter or in 2017 winter. please do the needful.

My order id -[protected]) a crompton greaves, and i received the product yesterday.after that i gave a miss call to toll free number and received an sms saying 5.1.17 between 4 -7 pm installation will be done like.product delivered to villupuram district-605108.yesterday one person came from villupuram this is his number([protected]) to my home and he told that plumbing work not done so he cant do connections.he put only two screw on the wall...

I bought two geasure of crompton greaves around six month before... Now they are not working.. I filed a complaint against them and give them to dealer of crompton greaves and they give me receive letter of geasures... Now the dealer said that they are off to market from company... Company will gave you new geasure and you have to pay for that... So if my product is under warranty then why should i pay...

He was even unable to open and fix the product. After reminding the same thing to customer care, the same technician was sent again on 29 th Dec. Running time suddenly hang and stop the fan after switch on but fan not running. This complaint raising to dealer but he say you have register to toll free or send mail to complaint e mail register.
