Water pump created unwanted sound from 5 days

I was complained about my coller at twice but related distributor is not responding and also they do not send any technician

I feel Crompton is good company about your product and service speciality but I m not hesitate to say that Crompton company is worst company and in future I don't take any product of your company useless company

We purchased a water heater last year which is still under warranty. The water heater leaked and stopped working and when we raised a service request from Crompton they are not providing any service and closed the request.

I purchased 1hp motor and today when i tried to start it's not working can you get it resolved on priority because our whole work is dependent on this motor and as it's not working we are stuck and not able to work

Tullu pump sparked and not wrking

A week before, I purchased 12 ceiling fans from Crompton but one fan is not running. Expected good and quality product and service from Crompton but disappointed.

but Crompton is not sending any person to replace or repair the Fan which is comers under company warranty.

I have been following up with Crompton over an email and call, but not resolved the issue.

1. The above reference exhaust fan was purchased about 5 years back. There is no question of it being in warranty, so the Crompton Greaves need not fear any expense on their part. I will pay.
2. It was mounted in the bathroom window.
3. The fan was taken down as a mouse had accessed it from outside the window and chewed up the wire. In addition, the bathroom was being painted so this was a good opportunity to clean the fan.
4. In the process one of the two canopy clips broke. See photograph of canopy with one whole and one broken clip
5. The service centre informs me that the model has been discontinued and no parts are available.
6. As per Indian law spare parts are to be available for 5 years from the time of discontinuation of production of any model. Clearly this rule is being breached.

New submersible 1.5 hp 12 stage water filled pump, serial No. LSCR 1UL507717 Purchsed 31 Mar 2022 & within 16 hours after installation, it stopped working on 01 Apr 2022.
On Crompton web site, wasted 30 mins but complaint could not be registered, nor on their Customer care No.[protected] complaint possible .

Product not working

This Complaint against poor service related .5 HP Motor. The Motor details mentioned Below.

We have purchased the Motor 6th January 2022 The Motor has been damaged & informed Sri Ram Diesel ( Mango/Jamshedpur) where the motor was purchased. He advised us to send it to a service center situated at another place named Sriram Enterprises ( Adityapur).
After that we handover the same in the service center on 15/3/22. But no action taken against the same till now & lingering the matter based on approvals of higher authority. The behavior of the representative in the service center is very lethargic & unsatisfactory. They have no worry about the customer .
I know the item is a very small & low value item but this is very important for our plant. We have already used 20 different capacity motors in our plant

Lastly we have plans for the same shall be taken back & repaired from local vendors.

But this is very hopeless & poor services of CG motor while the CG Motor best brand in India & across India. Hope you understand our pain .

Taking follow up since last 1 week with support team. But still there no proper response every time they asked me to wait for 24hrs and no one even contacted.

This is issue is started since 10th March, there was already noise and excutive came repaired something it got worst than before so he asked me to observe for two days. if the condition is same we will get this replaced. After 2 days ticket is got closed and fan is also getting more noisy and excutive is not answering calls.

Support team it worst than this experience they always asked me to wait for 24hrs even trailing mail going on more tha 4/5 days.

Motor is not working properly

Pump not working

We have order 1.5 hp monoblock single phase at rs 10303, but we got a wrong product . and the product we have got is worth rs something around 6000 . Plzz help us as soon as possible .

I bought Crompton SWJ 100A-36 Pump 1HP and it stopped working within a day, the customer service executive person before checking said that it is due to the "power fluctuation" and after opening the motor he mentioned that there are some water drops inside this xyz part and it is not covered under warranty. A water pumping motor is not able to protect itself from water splashes? That clearly is a manufacturing defect and I have seen many people are sharing the same complaint for Crompton Pumps, frauding customers with faulty low-quality products and with poor support service from engineers are shown completely.

I have ceiling fan in my stock which is not working. i tried contacting consumer care executive but they are not providing me appropriate response so i am left with no option. my fan serial number is NKYIB044601, my firm name is priya electricals. please see in the complaint and provide me service as soon as possible

We are currently using a crompton motor which has been working for 4 years. We currently have an issue where the motor is no longer working because of the back fan is not spinning on its own. If we manually push the fan it starts working. can you please send your technician to come and look at the motor. He had come and fixed it 6 months back and we are getting the same issue

Dear sir,
I am Praful from Kaveri seeds company limited, we purchase a cloy gin machine (from, precision tooling engineers, nagpur) from last November, after some days the motor being start heating issues than the normal. But few days before its not working due to some internal wiring problem, due to that our total ginning work are stopped.

You are therefore requested to send your mechanic at the earliest so that the faults are removed. So, please take your action as early as possible because my work are stopped due to that.
