I here by inform that I Anshul Aggarwal and I was 1 month ago my gyser current but your Engineer very poor and no working and same problem today I have goes to consumer court and legally action for your company

2 of my Crompton Greaves fans are not working for almost 4 months now. I have registered 5 complaints in the last 4 months, yet my fans have still not been fixed. PFA the screenshots.
Your technicians cancel the requests most of the time without even calling me.
When I call on the official number that was texted to me no one picks up and they call back from an unofficial number.
One and the only time a technician arrived at my building, upon being asked to register with the security gaurds and wait for 5 mins he disappeared.
All these problems are happening with a particular service centre - Lokenath Enterprise which is not even registered on your website.
Last year someone had come to fix one of my fans from JG Corpnet enterprise, which is officially registered on your website as well. PFA screenshot of that as well.
Why aren't you allocating the customer service to JG Corpnet anymore? They actually came and did the work.
Is Lokenath Enterprise even an official Crompton Greaves service centre?
Please look into this and fix my fans at the earliest.

I bought the product last year on Nov, 2nd 2020. I has 02 year's warranty period. The heater has developed cracks due to which it's not making water warm/hot anymore. I have registered complaints various times by dialling on [protected] but to no help, so far. Finally, I had to register complaint with Consumer Forum as well.
I need to get my product replaced asap. I was once even told by Crompton representative not to worry as the product will be replaced but still it hasn't. I had registered first complaint on 21/10/2021.

Pressure pump not working properly. It requires on-off repeatedly then it starts to work. It is showing error A04.

This refers to purchase of a/m fan on 1st Sept 3021.
I am sorry to inform that this fan has an inherent defect of giving HUMMING SOUND at low speed (at # 1 speed)
I complaint to customer care wide complaint nos &dat as given below:

The complaint was duly attended everytime and maintenance person visited and inspected the problem and decided to change the fan with new fan 2 times.
However the problem still persists and all the 3 fans are giving the same problem of "HUMMING NOISE" at low speed.
The noise is so annoying that one can't stay / sleep in the room with this fan "ON"
It seems, this product was launched without proper R&D and quality controls. This is to request you to look into this problem and resolve the issue at the earliest

Pressure pump has not been working for many days. Complaint was registered, company didn't provide timely resolution.

Water pump motor minimaster 1 not working

I bought crompton ceiling fan in Flipkart, i purchased 3 fans, 1 fan started making noice from the day i received the fan, Initially it started making noise slowly after usage of one month, now fan is making lot of noise, then I gave complaint in Crompton site 3 times.
1) First time, crompton closed my complaint without visiting my house.

2) Second time, I gave complaint again, this time crompton engineer visited my house, he tried to fix the issue, in the end he said we need to change the motor and will come tomorrow and change the motor. This happened 3 weeks back, daily when I call him, he will say, i am coming today . but he didn't come to fix the problem. But he closed the complaint in Crompton.

I told them, I will pay extra money so you take this fan and give me new Fan. They said its not possible because you have purchased this product in Online

I have purchased Crompton Geyser on which I got warranty on tank for 5 years.The tank is damaged as advised by the technician who said will be replacing the geyser and now they are not even responding after several phone calls and just giving run arounds.Jagdamba service center in Delhi was suppose to get it replaced

I have a grievance and I'm still not sure which way to go, whom to contact. By this forum this will be my last attempt and if it is not addressed immediately, I will be forced to file a lawsuit.

I bought a Pump(Model Number ) on 21st June, 2021 and since the installation it had multiple issues till now.

1)Firstly, just after the installation it had noise issue. With in few days I raised a complaint and the technician was prompt to fix it. I was happy with the service that time.

2)After a month or so, we noticed that the the motor is not pumping the water and it became a regular issue. Then we though of testing it.
(We have another motor pump with less power of 0.5 hp which is connected to the same pipe line and works well without any issue. But the new one 1hp motor causes the issue and does not transfer the water).We contacted the technician again he said there is no issue at all.

3) Then after some days there was a bursting sound from the pump and it was scary too. When we checked, it was not able to pump water and upon raising the ticket( the service provider, PREM ELECTRICAL got irritated and was rude to us. He asked why did we raise the tickets, this motor pump is not ideal for the pipeline etc.). Still we chose to be nice with the technician and wanted a replacement or a permanent fix to the problem.Again the problem could not be detected and they asked us to wait for some more days and insisted not to raise any further service requests which we agreed as it spoils their value.

4) Yesterday(19-Sep-2021) upon calling the service centre, ( PREM ELECTRICALS-Sambalpur, ODISHA) that guy was too rude to us and he said he has no time to talk to us and discuss our problem which was totally unexpected from a company person like Crompton Greaves.

I and my family are a customer of Crompton since 4 decades and never had such issues in the past. Neither we had faced such behaviour from any one from the company. Is it a kind of treatment and service you provide to customers these days?? Why can't there be a grievance cell addressal mechanism and an escalation matrix which would improve your service.

I NEED the CONTACT NUMBER/EMAIL of the NODAL/REGIONAL OFFICER immediately and if not, I will go to the Head Office personally and raise this issue with the higher authorities.

DON'T I HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NEW FAULTY PUMP ?? I NEED A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY SINCE I FEEL IT IS LIFE THREATENING( after the blasting sound).

Along with this, I am following the law channel and taking help of the social media to bring attention of your management.

I have purchased crompton silent pro fan, parts of which are mismatch

Service request made through customer care on 12th August, 31st August, 1st September and 2nd September for noise in two fans. Your service engineer came from Durga Bhavani electrical and told to replace with New one. They have not turned up. Without rectification closing the service request repeatedly. Proofs are attached.
The response from Durga Bhavani is not upto the mark and not happy the way they respond

CG household water pump stops working after 15 mins of operations and doesn'st start after that,
i have tried about 6 of your website registered mumbai numbers
but as usual no one picking up the call,

kindly do the needful as soon as possible,

2 recently purchased brake motors 2 HP 3 phase have problems in breaking, motor is drawing normal current but smoke comes from break in running condition

Motor is not running when power is switched on. Only buzzing sound is coming from the motor.
