Hi sir, my name is pawan kumar from dfil.
I am very upset to that i registered complaint regarding sewage motor pump of 19 jan 2022. But still not repainr.
Bhoomika enterprises is my repairing center . He say your complaint transfer to crompton office for new motor pump replacement . My motor still in warranty. Today is 8 feb. And motor is not yet comes. Please do quickly. And your guy not picking up my phone.

We had purchased Crompton vibrator motor on 23.01.2022, we started work on same day but after half an hour vibrator was not taking load of 60mm nozzle, after re-starting the wires of motor burnt and smoke out.
We want repairing as soon as possible as our work is suffering.

I Have Purchased New Crompton Amica 25 Ltrs Geyser Online And After Installation the Geyser Is Not Working . I have Filed Complaint 2 Times But There Is No Response Yet. What Should I Do Now

Press is specified as nonstick.
But clothes are sticking

2.) 3 pcs fan-cover bolts of
7.5 Hp 6pole electric induction motor got damaged in transit.

We have purchased geyser in Feb 2020.
Within short time got around 8 complaints regarding heating. I feel the product was defective. And the wish get replaced.

Motor is not working
plzz its repair as soon as possible
warranty card is attached
its sparking and not working properly

Bought Crompton Geyser with 5 years warranty on Tank, and gad leakage issue. Registered complaint with Service Request No:[protected]/01 and attended by PEECHAMPILLIYIL ELECTRICALS-[protected]. But they denied to replace tank under warranty.

we have purchased 8 water motorpump from M/S Kansal builtmart LLP, at C Lal Chowk, Okhla, New Delhi in the month of Sept 2021 vide Invoice No. KBL/2021-22/2306 dated 7th Sept. 2021 and Invoice No. KBL/2021-22/2370 dated 10th September, 2021 out of 8 motors 7 are not working properly thease motors has been installed at 2520/27-28, Gayatri Apartment, Tuglkabad Extension, New Delhi - 110019. contact No. [protected] and [protected]. Pl. send your technician at the earliest and get our motor pump repaird.

Company doesn''t given information about my pf details since i had contact with ikya humans capital solution i didn't find my solution for this. Have been using Crompton products since long.
Some 3 years back I fixed 19 ceiling fans all AURA model.
To my surprise one fans outer decorative rim started breaking & falling off, luckily no one got hurt. As its more likely to fall remaining pieces randomly & cause major injury to persons inside the room.
As per my complaint registered, one technician by name Mr Shiffin was sent this morning. To my surprise I am asked to pay Rs.250/- for getting it fixed. This technician was sent by Crompton customer point. Palarivattom kochi, so I had to explain to them, that this is purely a manufacturing default & needs to be replaced FOC. The lady on the other end [protected] seem to be very unprofessional & was not a listener too.
She was insisting that Rs 250/- is needed to get it done.
I believe Crompton is one of a most reputed brand. & will maintain its repute at all cost.
Without compromising its services, & not get its brand tarnished, specially when there is a manufacturing defect which is a know fact in this case.
Request you do the needful without delay.

I here by inform that I Anshul Aggarwal and I was 1 month ago my gyser current but your Engineer very poor and no working and same problem today I have goes to consumer court and legally action for your company

2 of my Crompton Greaves fans are not working for almost 4 months now. I have registered 5 complaints in the last 4 months, yet my fans have still not been fixed. PFA the screenshots.
Your technicians cancel the requests most of the time without even calling me.
When I call on the official number that was texted to me no one picks up and they call back from an unofficial number.
One and the only time a technician arrived at my building, upon being asked to register with the security gaurds and wait for 5 mins he disappeared.
All these problems are happening with a particular service centre - Lokenath Enterprise which is not even registered on your website.
Last year someone had come to fix one of my fans from JG Corpnet enterprise, which is officially registered on your website as well. PFA screenshot of that as well.
Why aren't you allocating the customer service to JG Corpnet anymore? They actually came and did the work.
Is Lokenath Enterprise even an official Crompton Greaves service centre?
Please look into this and fix my fans at the earliest.

I bought the product last year on Nov, 2nd 2020. I has 02 year's warranty period. The heater has developed cracks due to which it's not making water warm/hot anymore. I have registered complaints various times by dialling on [protected] but to no help, so far. Finally, I had to register complaint with Consumer Forum as well.
I need to get my product replaced asap. I was once even told by Crompton representative not to worry as the product will be replaced but still it hasn't. I had registered first complaint on 21/10/2021.

Pressure pump not working properly. It requires on-off repeatedly then it starts to work. It is showing error A04.
