I have a registered the complaint earlier that fan is not working. Than your engineer visit our place and told me that fan motor is not working and you have to replace with new 12 inch motor @ the cost of Rs. 1150 + Rs. 250 visit charge. I agree with them. They come with 16 inch motor and told me that 12 inch motor has been discontinued by the company. They replace the 16 inch motor with cover. But now fan is making noise and I am not able to use the fan from last 1.5 months. I continuously taking follow-ups with your service centre that after spending money why fan is not working properly but your service centre is not listening and harassing to me. I am totally disappointed that Crompton is the brand name and not giving satisfactorily service to the valuable customers. Please give me the solutions at the earliest.

Complaint marked as Resolved Crompton company has not solved my problem till date. The Crompton company authorised service centre has cheated me by suppling duplicate Wall Hang Fan Motor and taken money of the Fan with service charge with me. The fan is not working from last 2.5 months and after continuously taking follow-ups with them, they had not responded to me and not solved my problem.
Lastly, I have given this Fan to a private person for repairing. He has repaired my Fan within 2 days and now my Fan is in working condition.
I want to know that If private person can repair this Fan within 2 days, why Crompton company technical person has not repaired the Fan from last 2.5 months and harassed me. This is not fair. I am totally disappointed that Crompton is the brand name and not giving satisfactorily service to the valuable customers and cheating to the customers. This is a big question.
