Service request made through customer care on 12th August, 31st August, 1st September and 2nd September for noise in two fans. Your service engineer came from Durga Bhavani electrical and told to replace with New one. They have not turned up. Without rectification closing the service request repeatedly. Proofs are attached.
The response from Durga Bhavani is not upto the mark and not happy the way they respond

                  My brother Sanjay Singha, Saraju Apartment, R N T Road, Sodepur, Kolkata-700110 ( Near Sanmilani Club), purchased one Ceiling Fan dated 12/08/2021 but the product having technical problems so it is not working properly. In spite of our repeated request one Technician attended today but unable to repaired the same. we told him either repair the same or replace the same it is under in warranty period. but sorry to say all are silent.
                  Please look into the matter.

                          The pump was installed at Hotel sagar View Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh to solve water pressure problems in the wash rooms of the Hotel.
                          Suddenly the pressure pump stopped working and a new one was purchased and installed now our intention is to get the old pressure pump repaired and keep it as an stand by.

                                I bought a Crompton Ozone 75 cooler from amazon, This product has lots of issue, I am keep following the same since last two months, but neither Crompton are ready to provide service nor giving services denial letter.

                                and when I am taking to Amazon, they said they can't do anything until i get service denial letter from Crompton.

                                I am feeling a cheated here.

                                        Purchased exaust fan on 21/07/21…not working well. Lodged complaint at[protected].complaint no. Is[protected] dated 28/07/21.your tech. Checked&found manufacturing defect. I took the fan to supplier & got a fresh piece. It bears me Rs150/as freight charges which may be reimbursed.
                                        And arrange for its instalation. Thanks
