The pump motor which this company which was installed less than three years ago failed this morning (31/7/2021)
Details are as follows

Serial Number REG37212
Date of Manufacture 11/05/2018
The motor was purchased from A. Ganguly, 142 S. P. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata 700026 on 21/09/2018 and installed on the same day.
The previous pump motor worked for more than 20 years.

                    We have purchased a motor on 15th march 2021 in not even used for 1 month the motor is not working now and the service partner is claiming that it will take almost 4500/- to correct the motor.
                    Kindly help us regarding this matter as we have always trusted chrompton greaves as a righfull brand to purchase as there is no problem in your products but this is the matter now we are getting trust issues.

                    Kindly solve our problem as soon as possible we are sharing the bill copy and the service record copies with you and the motor is at your service center in delhi with ramneek enterprises shastri nagar new delhi-110052.

                                  it is not working from one month and I had registered complain many times in toll free no.[protected]. customer care has provided service center no. which is from Lucknow. I talked many times but no one provides the engineers.
                                  if you cannot provide the service then why give a warranty in the product.
