Do not buy any service from Cross road. They make false promises to sell and then do not pick phone. No response to email. I have written 10 emails in last 6 months with only auto response. On call, they ask you to write again. No escalation matrix to raise your complaint further.
I purchased 2 car services package of on 7th February 2018.
The executive committed in writing to provide 100% rewards points and car care kit.However, I have not received both the offer yet.
They also mentioned good maruti service centres at the time of sale. However, after payment and lot of follow up they booked my service with very small and bad workshop (AA Motors - Sanjay +[protected] in South Delhi). They are not competent and make you fear and get other services from them. They provide very bad services. I informed the crossroad about the incidence but they refused to note down any complaint.
Further, I had a very bad experience in availing the car services. I called the customer care and requested for car service twice.But I did not receive any call back from customer care or workshop on scheduled dates. After several follow up calls with your customer care, I received a call back from workshop at the evening of the scheduled day. Thus, I had to get my car serviced at the workshop on next day to the scheduled day. Due to this, I faced lot of personal trouble. Please ensure that you give a booking id whenever a customer makes any service booking. Also send a massage to confirm the scheduled time and service workshop.
During above incidence, I also tried to call executive (Rahul Sharma) who sold above package to me and gave me his number ([protected]) which is now with other sales executive who gave me two numbers ([protected] and [protected]). After one call, Rahul blocked my number to avoid further call from me. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the sales executives.
