I was sold your 'sow premium p2-delhi ncr' package by crossroads telesales team on 13th feb 2017.
I was promised the following very clearly:
One additional (Complimentary) car service besides the two car services that are a part of the package.
One electrical car air pump.
Rs 2500/- cash-back which will be provided by the mechanic who will visit to service the car.
I have the following concerns:
The email acknowledgement that i received mentions only 2 car service. There is no mention of the complimentary service.
I haven't received the car pump till now.
I am not sure if the mechanic will be in a position to provide me rs 2500/- cash back.

I request you to please refund the rs 6000/- that i paid, since i have been mis-sold the product.in addition i request you to please pay me rs 10, 000/- for the inconvenience caused to me due to this mis-selling.
Finally, i would request crossroads to take action against its sales team members who mis-sold me the service.
The sales was done initially by deepak gupta ([protected]@crossroadshelpline.com) and then by his supervisor vikas agarwal, who also shared with me what he claimed was his personal mobile number ([protected]).
