I booked my car service with crossroads on 09th may, and their executive (Swati: contact number: [protected]/[protected]) confirmed that the service would be done on 10th may, upon which i made the payments (Of rs. 5000 for 2 cars) online.
However, no mechanic came on 10th may, and swati did not respond to my numerous calls (On mobile), upon calling on landline, it was told that there was no service booked and swati is on leave.
I asked them to book the service immediately, but there were no dates available, and they booked for 19th, upon calling them a couple of days later, again it was told that no service was booked. They again said there is no slot available before 30th.
I insist on getting the service as early as possible, so they confirmed that the service could be done on 26th may. Now i have called today again and they said that the service is not booked for tomorrow, it is booked for 30th.
I have asked them to cancel the service now and refund my money back.
Cross roads is harassing me for the past 3 weeks now, and i want my refund back as soon as possible, i dont trust and dont want to get the service done from such irresponsible company
